Pizza is a very popular meal which is quite simple to make.
It can be made with inrediants you already have at hand.
Sometimes it is very tasty; sometimes it isn't.
My friends says that my pizza recipe looks a little like a salad.
So for those who like salads, here it is!
First, you must prepare the dough.
Take 1 cup warm water, 200 gr sour cream, 1 package yeast,
1 teaspoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 spoon sugar, 2 eggs,
4-4,5 cups flour.
Dissolve yeast in warm water, add sugar and let it rise a little.
Stir in sour cream, eggs, oil and salt. Add flour 1/2 cup a time
mixing well after each addition. Knead plenty.
Roll out 1 cm thin and put on an well-oiled pan.
The pan must have high edges, because the pizza
will be 5-6 cm high.
The second, and the most important stage. Filling.
There are many variations, depending on your
taste and fancy. I am offering to you a classic variation,
but you are free to modify it as you desire.
First, cover the dough's with a heavy layer of ketchup (or spicy tomato
sauce).
Next, layer with following ingredients:
1. Layer of sausages slices cut about 1 cm thick,
as well as several slices of smoked sausage, also thinly cut.
2. Layer of thinly cut onion.
6. Layer of slightly fried mushrooms with onion and sour cream.
7. Lasty, add the sauce. Mix 1/4 cups of mayonnaise with 2 eggs
and cover all of the pizza's surface. After all the surface is richly covered
with mayonnaise sauce, add the thinly cut
tomatoes and parsley. This will make your pizza
look very tasty.
Place your creation into the oven
for 30-40 min at a temperature of 200-250 degrees celcius.
When the top of the pizza is crusty - it should be ready.
If you desire, you can leave in turned-off oven for some more time, untill
you are ready to serve it.
Pizza is ready. Invite your friends and serve pizza with a bottle of
good wine. ENJOY!
3. Layer of grated carrots. This layer can be
made a little thicker.
4. After that - a layer of canned peas.
5. Layer of thinly cut sweet (bell) green (or red) pepper.
8. Layer of slices tomatoes, lightly salted.
9. Cover with thick layer of grated cheese.
Don't try to remove it from the pan to put it on a beautiful
serving dish, because it is soooo juicy it will simply break apart.
PS One pizza is quite enough for 4-6 people,
depending of their appetite and how long they
have enjoyed the smell of your pizza cooking!
